Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Mechanix Onsite account and all associated personal data at any time. There are no fees or penalties for closing your account.
What gets deleted
When you submit an account deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Your service history and request records
- Your location data and GPS history
- Any ratings or reviews associated with your account
- Mechanic profile information (services, service area, availability)
- In-app communications tied to your account
Certain data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal, safety, or audit purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your account. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 10 business days.

- The email address on your account
- Your account type (Driver or Mechanic)
After your request
- We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification
- Full data deletion completes within 10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
Changed your mind?
If you submitted a deletion request and want to cancel it, email us at support@mechanixonsite.com as soon as possible. We can reverse the request as long as deletion has not yet been completed.
